Why per site and not per user?

Because per-user pricing would make you share badges, and a shared badge destroys the audit trail you are buying. The whole product rests on knowing exactly who took what, so the price is not allowed to give you a reason to blur that. Unlimited people, unlimited terminals, on every plan.

What counts as a site?

One physical place with a store in it. A depot, a workshop, a ward, a prep room. Two buildings on one campus sharing one store room is one site; two stores in two towns is two.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. If you have not subscribed, the account becomes read-only: you can still see everything and export all of it to CSV, you just cannot post new movements. Subscribe and it unlocks immediately.

What if a payment fails?

You get a seven-day grace window in which nothing changes at all — the store keeps working. We email you. After that the account goes read-only, with exports still available. Paying unlocks it automatically, without contacting us.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode reader that acts as a keyboard works, and they start around £30. RFID readers work the same way. The terminal is any tablet or spare PC with a browser. You can also run the whole thing with people typing their staff number.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing screen. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays exportable throughout. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term on the monthly plans.

Do you offer annual billing?

On Enterprise, yes, and that is the norm. On Starter and Growth it is monthly today — annual with a discount is on the roadmap.
